About The Position

This position involves receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and distributing warehouse inventory. The role requires performing physical tasks to move inventory, operating warehouse equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. Responsibilities also include unloading delivery vehicles, accurately storing products, selecting and packing customer orders to meet standards, and potentially performing Delivery Driver duties.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment.
• Ability to maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state.
• Ability to follow all Company safety procedures.
• Ability to perform daily safety inspections.
• Ability to unload delivery vehicles, accurately identify material, break down material, and note discrepancies.
• Ability to accurately store product to the proper location.
• Ability to select and pack customer orders.
• Ability to operate a light van or delivery vehicle (if performing Delivery Driver duties).

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.
• Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
• Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
• Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.
