Founded in 1965, Universal Supply operates locations in five states, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania, providing professional builders with the best in specialty building products, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, cabinetry, millwork and fasteners. The Counter Sales Lead is responsible for directing the work of Counter Sales Representatives. This position assists customers and contractors with the sales process by taking orders over the counter, answering questions, and receiving payment for customer orders. The role serves in a working lead capacity, directing the day-to-day activities of fewer than eight associates while assigning tasks, mentoring, and providing training to Counter Sales Representatives.
