For over 50 years Webb Supply has grown to become one of the leading local providers of heating, air conditioning and plumbing products, selling to HVAC contractors as well as other unique accounts across Northeast Ohio. We are looking for a talented person with Refrigeration and HVAC experience to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Bedford Heights, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include: Assist in the day-to-day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operations. Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines. Manage inventory through current systems and processes Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts. Becoming skilled at the vast product lineup that the company offers
Requirements
- Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry.
- Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels
- Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely
- Strong desire to meet goals and objectives
- Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- Creative approach to problem solving
Nice To Haves
- Technical field experience is a plus but not required
