About The Position

Cinnaminson High School, serving grades 9–12, is seeking a long-term substitute certified school counselor to cover a leave during the 2026–2027 school year. The position officially begins December 1 and continues through the end of the school year.

The counselor will supervise the Wellness Center and provide comprehensive counseling services to all students on their caseload. New Jersey certification is required. All people employed in a school district setting must submit to and pass a criminal history review.

Requirements

• Submit to and pass a criminal history review.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the function of the Wellness Center.
• Provide comprehensive counseling services to students on the counselor’s caseload, including course selection, vocational counseling, state testing, college search, I&RS, Child Study Team meetings, conflict resolution, and mental health counseling.
