Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program (undergraduate or graduate) in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, education, or information technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be a resident of Pennsylvania
  • Able to work at the Harrisburg location a minimum of two days a week
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and implementation of a new project focused on enhancing our case management system
  • Collaborate with the project lead to identify requirements, design solutions, and test enhancements
  • Update training materials, including user guides, manuals, and online resources, to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and engaging
  • Conduct research and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform the development of training materials
  • Assist with the development of training sessions and presentations
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders
