About The Position
Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Morehead City, NC. This PRN opportunity offers the chance to be part of a collaborative and patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Our team specializes in Transitional Rehabilitation™, a comprehensive approach designed to support short-stay patients recovering from surgery or illness. This program leverages our private rooms and individualized care plans to promote faster recovery and improved outcomes. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes: Physicians, Nurses, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, and Restorative Nursing Aides.
Requirements
- Active COTA license in North Carolina
- Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility and reliability for PRN scheduling
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality rehabilitative care.
- Support short-stay patients recovering from surgery or illness.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and restorative nursing aides.
