About The Position
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking COTA Home Health for multiple 13-week travel / contract positions in North Kansas City, MO. Accepting both local and traveler candidates. This role involves providing and coordinating care for assigned Home Health patients under the supervision of an OT, performing all aspects of COTA services to the assigned patient caseload, and documenting and completing charting. The territory covers NKC and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- COTA License for the state applying or Compact - Required
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
- 1 - 2 years COTA experience - Required
- Recent/Current Home Health COTA experience: 1 year within the last 3 years – Required
- COVID Vaccination Proof
Nice To Haves
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience – Highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate care for assigned Home Health patients under supervision of OT
- Provide all aspects of COTA Services to the assigned patient case load
- Document and complete charting

- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments
