About The Position

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director – Outpatient Clinic | Lake Charles, LA Synergy Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director for a full-time position in an outpatient clinic located within an Assisted Living/Independent Living (AL/IL) community at Villa Maria Retirement Center in Lake Charles, LA . We are looking for a team-oriented COTA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or graduating within 6 months)
• Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required
• Active Louisiana OTA license (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
