About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
Sales Training or relevant crane experience
1+ year crane sales experience required.
Intermediate computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Established Accounts Preferred
3D Lift Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains a safe working environment by ensuring all employees understand and follow Sterling safety policies and procedures.
Provides detailed site surveys/job walks to determine crane requirements.
Provides timely quotations for clients based on site surveys and/or client requests, offering input to improve quality and value.
Communicates all job quotation and client requirements to the Dispatcher, working collaboratively to ensure successful job completion.
Maintains exceptional customer relations through effective communication.
Ensures customer issues or concerns receive prompt responses.
Routinely seeks customer feedback and incorporates the data into strategies and action plans.
Identifies and develops new opportunities.
Strictly adheres to company administrative policies, including sales calls, quote follow-up, and credit checks.
Performs due diligence on client's credit worthiness to ensure timely payment within agreed terms and conditions.
Must show continuous year-over-year growth in company revenue.
Other duties as assigned.
