Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field; experience supporting cost control, purchasing, or project accounting processes.
Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and metrics driven reporting.
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, reconciliations, and data analysis.
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in large enterprise, regulated, or facilities/construction financial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage cost control and financial execution for Facilities construction projects within SAP and related systems.
Reconcile contractor labor, purchase orders, and invoices from requisition through final payment.
Act as key liaison for internal partners and external vendors on procurement, invoicing, and payment issues.
Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau reporting for performance metrics, workload visibility, and SLA tracking.
Develop recurring metrics to monitor timeliness, issue aging, and coverage effectiveness.
Document and standardize processes and training materials; support and mentor junior analysts as needed.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies, provide cross‑workstream backup, and support process improvement initiatives.
