Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field; experience supporting cost control, purchasing, or project accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and metrics driven reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in large enterprise, regulated, or facilities/construction financial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost control and financial execution for Facilities construction projects within SAP and related systems.
  • Reconcile contractor labor, purchase orders, and invoices from requisition through final payment.
  • Act as key liaison for internal partners and external vendors on procurement, invoicing, and payment issues.
  • Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau reporting for performance metrics, workload visibility, and SLA tracking.
  • Develop recurring metrics to monitor timeliness, issue aging, and coverage effectiveness.
  • Document and standardize processes and training materials; support and mentor junior analysts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, provide cross‑workstream backup, and support process improvement initiatives.
