About The Position

Fully remote opportunity with the team supporting large-scale data center
developments globally. This role offers ownership of project financials across
complex, MEP-heavy builds while working alongside top-tier GCs in a high-growth,
mission-critical environment.

Requirements

• 0+ years of cost/project controls experience
• 3+ years specifically in DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION projects
• Track record managing projects $50M+
• Bachelor's degree (Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related)
• Knowledge of data center construction processes
• Bachelor's degree (Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related)

Nice To Haves

• Procore experience (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Cost forecasting, budget development, variance analysis.
• Maintain cost-to-complete (CTC) and estimate-to-complete (ETC).
• Deliver financial reports to leadership and project teams.
• Comprehensive oversight of large-scale data center projects.
• Maintain project controls procedures and best practices.
• Support strategic decision-making.
• Manage change order processes.
• Evaluate cost impacts.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and monitor project risks (cost & schedule).
• Collaborate with Project Managers.
• Escalate issues to leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement.
• Support organizational transformation.
• Coordinate with project teams globally.
