About The Position

The Cosmetologist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining spa standards throughout all procedures. Appointments must occur at reserved times without delay. The Cosmetologist maintains the cleanliness of salon areas, including hair stations, and prep rooms in a professional manner, and follows established protocols and checklists to enhance the operation and guest experience.

Requirements

• Possess a current, valid state or county cosmetology license recognized by the local governing board.
• Successfully complete cosmetology training at a recognized cosmetology or nail technician school.
• Have at least one year of experience in an upscale spa operation.
• Remain calm and organized in a busy environment.
• Have high-school-level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work flexible hours.
