About The Position
The FS Cut & Color Future Stylist Apprentice Program gives cosmetology students the opportunity to gain real-world salon experience while completing school. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive one-on-one coaching, and develop the confidence and skills needed to become a successful licensed stylist. This is more than an apprenticeship—it's the first step toward a successful career with a company that invests in education, mentorship, and promoting from within.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program
- Passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
- 90% or better attendance (verifiable)
- 85% or higher GPA (verifiable)
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional salon environment
- Participate in structured education through the FS Cut & Color Pro Lab
- Receive mentorship from experienced stylists and salon leaders
- Develop the confidence and skills needed to become a successful licensed stylist
