About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation for customer service. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetics line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve their personal and counter goals. The role combines team leadership with cosmetics sales and business development.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform the duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
