COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER

About The Position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and help uphold the company’s reputation for customer service. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to reach their personal and counter goals. The role includes sales, team leadership, customer relationship building, performance coaching, and planning cosmetic events. The position requires availability for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
- Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
- Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
