About The Position

As a Cosmetics Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and for inspiring a team of beauty advisors to achieve their personal and counter goals. The role includes carrying out the duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meeting individual sales and account goals. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
• Develop relationships to grow the cosmetic counter business.
• Perform all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve customer service, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
• Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase events.
