About The Position

The Correspondent Credit Analyst Intern supports the Correspondent Division ARC team, Commercial Loan Portfolio Management staff, Commercial Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, and Sales Officers. The role involves supporting sales and the ARC program, preparing client proposals, and helping prepare Rate Conversion Agreements for ARC deals moving to closing. Work must be completed accurately and within department turnaround guidelines. The position requires substantial computer use and may involve attending meetings, conferences, and training as needed.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate complex data.
• Ability to remain focused and task-oriented.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
• Telecommuting roles require a secure home office free from background noise and distractions and a reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data.

Nice To Haves

• Preference is given to rising seniors and juniors.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and business to support understanding of financial statements and industry evaluations.
• Cable or fiber internet connection is preferred.

Responsibilities
