Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 300 Burnett Street Fort Worth, TX. This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years OR older
2+ years in a customer service position
Experience working with computers, including operating within Microsoft Windows
Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of it's subsidiaries or affiliates.
Must reside within a commutable distance to the office located at 300 Burnett Street, Fort Worth, Texas
Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong literary comprehension capability
Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions
