About The Position

Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager, the Correspondence Coordinator is responsible for tracking, coordinating, responding, and monitoring pre and post payment audit requests. Work closely with other team members within the CBO department and HIM department. Provide additional coverage within the CBO Insurance Follow-up team as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to communicate in English language through verbal, written, and reading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of multitasking ability
  • Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to identify problems, troubleshooting issues and find solutions
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Familiarity with CBO functions
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Medical Terminology
