About The Position

This position is for a Corrector (CUPE) for the CONSERVATION BIOLOGY course (BIO3115, Section A00) during the 2026 Fall Semester. The primary responsibility is grading, with a total of 86 work hours allocated. The hourly rate depends on student status: undergraduate students receive $30.53/hour, and graduate students receive $36.63/hour. These rates are subject to change based on a new collective agreement ratification, with retroactivity applied. The language of work is English.

Requirements

• Successful completion of BIO3115 or equivalent course(s).
• Successful completion of WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety workshops.
• All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.

Responsibilities
