This role involves coordinating activities within performance improvement programs, specifically focusing on the Corrective Action Program (CAP) software. The coordinator will handle various CAP assignments, including higher-level evaluations such as Trend, Cause, INPO Event Report Evaluations, and Effectiveness Reviews, provided they are qualified. The position also entails leading or participating in self-assessments and benchmarking activities across different departments and functions. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in performance and process improvement through networking, industry meetings, and assessments at other stations is crucial. The coordinator will facilitate the Engineering Responsible Group Screening (RGS) for daily review of new Condition Reports and process these items within the CAP software. Collaboration with other departments is expected in the Initial Screening Committee and Work Assessment Group.
