This role is responsible for coordinating activities associated with performance improvement programs, specifically within the Corrective Action Program (CAP) software. The position involves completing various CAP assignments, including higher-level evaluations such as Trend, Cause, INPO Event Report (INPO) Evaluations, and Effectiveness Reviews. The coordinator will also lead or participate in self-assessments and benchmarking activities, maintain knowledge of industry trends in performance and process improvement, and facilitate the Engineering Responsible Group Screening (RGS) for daily review of Condition Reports. Additionally, the role requires processing screened items in the CAP software and interacting cross-functionally with other departments in the Initial Screening Committee and Work Assessment Group.
