Requirements
- One year of stockroom, warehouse, retail sales, or clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Possess an active motor vehicle license.
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
- Able to perform essential job functions.
- Pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute stock while maintaining accurate delivery logs
- Manage inmate orders by verifying account balances, staging items, and recording transactions
- Direct inmate workers by assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring attendance and performance
- Conduct searches, safeguard materials, and maintain a clean and secure work area
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and delivery vehicles to move oversized or heavy items
- Compile reports, track inventory data, and document shortages or damaged goods
