The Opportunity We’re looking for a high-level sales professional who can build relationships with business leaders (CFOs, HR leaders, CEOs) and help them rethink how they approach employee health and performance. This is not transactional sales. This is consultative, relationship-driven, outcome-focused selling. You will be responsible for: Opening doors with qualified organizations Leading conversations around employee health, ROI, and performance Positioning our corporate wellness programs as a strategic solution Closing new business and driving long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience (ideally selling into mid-market or enterprise)
  • Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach
  • Driven, self-motivated, and accountable
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and human performance
  • Able to think strategically—not just “sell a product”
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (mid-market or enterprise preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers (CFO, HR, CEO)
  • Strong consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self-starter with high accountability and ownership mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar)
  • Passion for health, wellness, and human performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers (CFO, HR, leadership teams)
  • Lead discovery conversations around healthcare spend, employee wellbeing, and productivity
  • Present and position Zero Doubt Club’s corporate wellness solutions
  • Manage pipeline and deal flow through our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Collaborate with our coaching team to ensure successful program launches
  • Contribute to ongoing growth strategy and market positioning
