About The Position

We are currently looking for a Corporate Vehicles Administration Coordinator to join our team in Somerset, NJ. The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of professional-level experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience working with the Department of Motor Vehicles is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills required for team collaboration and customer satisfaction, both in person and over the phone/video calls.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage complex tasks quickly and work independently and within a team environment.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • General Microsoft Office Suite skills, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to utilize and learn new systems quickly, including eGAMS.
  • Lifting: 5-15 pounds
  • This position will work in various weather conditions, outside with vehicle exchanges year-round.
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Somerset, NJ.
  • Motor Vehicle Report required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire; Nissan uses E-Verify to validate employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a working knowledge and adherence to Corporate Vehicles policies, as well as any related Tax, Title, Legal requirements.
  • Drive for an excellent customer service experience, answering CV mailboxes as assigned, and escalating appropriately.
  • Ensure eGAMS is up to date and utilized (CV Fleet Management System) to track vehicles and payments; manage lessee and eligible drivers; upload insurance; capture lease exchanges; temporary leases; and related activities.
  • Work with third-party plating vendor and dealership locations to plate vehicles in various states.
  • Responsible for filing records and entering accurate data into eGAMS for new vehicle deliveries and returns.
  • Schedule Nissan employees/eligible family members for vehicle deliveries and exchanges at dealerships.
  • Coordinate with dealerships to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
  • Ensure employee insurance meets Corporate Vehicle requirements for employee-provided insurance and regularly monitor compliance.
  • Coordinate with dealerships to ensure all inspection paperwork is returned and vehicles are grounded timely.
  • Take payment for vehicle damage.
  • Regularly monitor vehicle returns sent to auction.
  • Become a Notary Public to efficiently process required paperwork.
  • Serve as backup for NJ plating/registration in 3rd party system.
  • Become certified in NJ to plate/register vehicles.
  • Serve as backup for deliveries at the NJ office.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
