About The Position

The New York office is seeking a mid-level associate to join its expanding Global Loans/Global Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of substantive experience advising corporate trust companies and departments of major banking institutions acting as indenture trustee or agent on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including corporate debt, project finance, structured finance, loan facilities, secured and asset-backed lending, custodial arrangements and various types of agency appointments.
