About The Position

Odyssey Transfer and Trust Company is hiring a Managing Director in Corporate Trust focused on DTC operations. • Serve as final reviewer for complex or high-value events, including partial (lottery) redemptions, exchange and tender offers through ATOP, defaults, and restructurings.
  • Act as the primary relationship contact with DTC and escalation point for participants, issuers, underwriters, and counsel.
  • Approve onboarding of new DTC-eligible appointments and confirm operational readiness before closing.
  • Own the DTC control framework, including daily FAST-to-register reconciliation, payment controls, maker–checker controls, and exception sign-off.
  • Track and report breaks, aged items, errors, and missed deadlines; lead root-cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Lead audit, SOC 1, and regulatory exam responses for the DTC function.
  • Keep procedures current with DTC rule and service changes.
