About The Position

PBS Systems is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Corporate Travel Coordinator to join their Administration team. This role is responsible for booking travel for installations, on-site training, and other miscellaneous travel needs. The position reports to the Team Lead, Corporate Travel and requires minimal direct supervision, emphasizing the need for superb time management and organization skills. This is an on-site position based in the Milton Office and is not remote or hybrid.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience booking travel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
  • Willingness and ability to keep up to date with evolving technology and travel regulations
  • Ability to keep personal information about employees and others confidential
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need (flights, hotel, car rental, etc.).
  • Makes all travel arrangements and reservations when they are within approved travel reasons and budget limits.
  • Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate employees.
  • Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents (i.e. prepare USA border crossing documents).
  • Prepare and submit per diem requests for all travel.
  • On call for travel emergencies after hours.
  • Travel back-up for Executive Assistant.
  • Office administration tasks, as needed (i.e. back-up for Administrative Assistant).
