The Executive Technology Specialist provides technology support for executive leadership and corporate office personnel while serving as a senior escalation resource for the IT Service Desk. This role is responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, collaboration platforms, conference room and audiovisual systems, and end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional customer service and communication skills and is comfortable supporting executives, business leaders, and other high-visibility users. This position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless technology experience across the corporate office while supporting broader workplace technology initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern collaboration technologies while delivering a high- touch support experience for senior leaders and corporate teams. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
