About The Position

As a Corporate Counsel, you will provide transactional legal support across key business areas, including Digital, Analytics, and Technology. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to advise on contracts, risk, and compliance with a practical, risk-balanced approach. In this role, you’ll manage a high volume of agreements while helping drive efficient processes and new ways of working. Requirements

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
3 years of post-bar experience in law firm, government, or corporate settings
2 years supporting complex commercial contracts in the technology space

Nice To Haves

Experience drafting SaaS, cloud, software, AI, telecom, or technology-related agreements
Familiarity with AI, data privacy, and data security regulations
Ability to evaluate complex issues and provide practical legal advice
Strong relationship-building skills with business and cross-functional partners
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements across the business, with an emphasis on technology transactions
Advise stakeholders on risk, compliance, and business-related legal matters
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and support outcomes
Manage a high volume of agreements and multiple transactions simultaneously
Improve contracting processes and contribute to new tools, templates, and ways of working
