About The Position
EXL is seeking a VP, Assistant General Counsel – Technology Transactions to lead complex technology, vendor, cloud, data, SaaS and software licensing negotiations across the enterprise. This role will serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior business leaders, helping teams evaluate contractual, legal, commercial, policy and reputational risks while enabling practical business outcomes.
