About The Position

As an Individual Contributor, this role manages full-cycle recruitment for entry & mid-level positions. Applies foundational recruiting strategies focusing on efficient, high-volume hiring and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The role involves managing multiple requisitions, including hard-to-fill jobs and those of moderate complexity. Responsibilities include screening, assessing candidates for fit and qualifications, recommending candidates, managing the decision-making process, and extending offers. The role also involves identifying effective sourcing channels, representing the organization at recruitment events, and building candidate pipelines through proactive outreach. Collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruitment plans, providing training and career guidance for hiring managers, maintaining recruiting systems, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and supporting reporting and data accuracy are key aspects. Additionally, the role supports and coordinates talent acquisition programs and process improvement initiatives, analyzes program data, and recommends improvements to support organizational hiring goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Corporate Senior Recruiter -Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing/recruiting or HR related field.
  • Talent Acquisition Consultant -Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing/recruiting or HR related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in customer experience, data collection, problem solving, relationship management, talent acquisition, technology literacy, and time management.
  • Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in communication, cross-functional collaboration , detail orientation, and task management.
  • Ensure (or assist with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers and leads recruitment efforts from requisition to hire.
  • Manages posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for assigned roles focused on efficient, high-volume hiring.
  • Develops and executes sourcing strategies using job fairs, online platforms, and community outreach.
  • Represents the organization at recruitment events and builds candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborates with HR and business units to create recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provides training for hiring managers.
  • Maintains recruiting systems and ensures adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
  • Supports reporting and data accuracy.
  • Assists with scheduling, logistics, documentation, program metrics, communication efforts, and vendor management.
