About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting primarily across corporate/back-office functions (Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing) and the full sales organization, including Sales Operations/Support, with additional support for manufacturing and engineering hiring as business needs require. This role also owns external recruiting agency/vendor relationships. Recruiting strategy and analytics under this role are scoped to the corporate, back-office, and sales functions this recruiter supports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of functions (corporate, sales, and back-office).
  • Experience managing external agency/vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to build and present recruiting dashboards across multiple functions.
  • Genuine flexibility and a “no job too small or unfamiliar” mindset.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable ATS/HRIS platform.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate, compensation, and business information.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or engineering recruiting experience.
  • Experience identifying or implementing ATS process or configuration improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate/back-office and sales roles; support manufacturing and engineering searches as needed.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates, particularly for sales and specialized back-office roles where the market is competitive.
  • Provide consistent, timely follow-up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, scope roles accurately, and manage expectations on pipeline health and timelines.
  • Own recruiting metrics and reporting across supported functions (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, agency spend/performance, source of hire); identify bottlenecks and recommend sourcing or process improvements; present findings and strategy recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify inefficiencies or data quality issues within the ATS (ADP Workforce Now) and recommend process improvements, workflow changes, or configuration updates to improve usability and reporting accuracy.
  • Own external staffing/agency vendor relationships; manage contract terms, renewals, and fee negotiation; track vendor performance and make scale/renegotiate/exit recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting relationships with engineering and manufacturing management degree programs at colleges and universities to support pipeline needs for corporate/back-office and engineering talent.
  • Create recruiting-specific social content for corporate, back-office, and sales roles to support candidate attraction, in partnership with Marketing on brand voice and channel guidelines as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate information, compensation data, and sensitive hiring matters, particularly for Finance and other sensitive back-office searches.
