About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in San Francisco, California. This customer-service-focused role involves working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is full-time, Saturday through Wednesday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, for 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $24.80. A uniform is provided at no cost. The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access control, conducts patrols, checks security equipment, responds to incidents, provides first aid, coordinates with emergency teams, answers questions in person or by phone, and prepares incident reports. The role contributes to the safety and protection of people and property.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license and complete additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

• Corporate security experience is preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
