About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a full-time role in San Francisco, California. The position emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, for 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $24.80. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have proficiency in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license and have completed additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings; additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

• Corporate security experience is preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
