About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Corporate Security Officer for a concierge post in San Francisco, California. The role has a strong customer-service focus and involves engaging with people, building connections, and helping visitors feel reassured and confident in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is full time at 32 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The hourly wage is $25.50. A uniform is provided at no cost, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer-service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a current BSIS-issued Security License (Guard Card) and additional 32-hour security trainings; additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
