About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Concierge Security Officer in St. Louis, Missouri. This customer-service-focused position works with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and the hourly wage is $22.50. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access control, conducts patrols, inspects security equipment, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
