About The Position

The Corporate Safety Administrator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s safety and regulatory compliance programs. This position helps ensure that company operations remain aligned with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations. The role supports operational teams by maintaining organized compliance systems, improving documentation processes, and helping the company maintain strong safety performance as projects and client expectations evolve.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong computer literacy and data management capabilities.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company’s safety compliance programs and documentation systems.
  • Manage contractor compliance platforms, track employee qualifications and required training, and ensures regulatory reporting and client safety documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee contractor compliance platforms (ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.), ensuring company safety records, employee qualifications, certifications, and documentation remain current and compliant with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee qualification tracking, including Operator Qualifications (OQ), certifications, and site-specific safety training requirements to ensure workforce compliance across projects.
  • Prepare, review, and submit client-required safety documentation, including safety policies, man-hour reports, compliance records, and safety-related prequalification materials.
  • Maintain and report company safety performance metrics, including OSHA and MSHA reporting requirements, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely submission of safety statistics.
  • Serve as a key contact for safety and compliance matters, coordinating with internal teams, project personnel, and clients to address compliance requirements and documentation requests.
  • Support safety program administration, assisting with regulatory documentation, compliance reporting, and maintaining organized safety records to support audits and client reviews.
  • Monitor regulatory and client compliance requirements, ensuring company processes and documentation remain aligned with industry standards and evolving safety regulations.
