About The Position

Malone is actively recruiting an enthusiastic and organized Corporate Recruitment Partner to join our team. We’re looking for a candidate who brings a strong passion for candidate engagement, excels at problem-solving, builds lasting relationships, and takes a creative, strategic approach to recruitment. The Corporate Recruitment Partner is responsible for providing a full cycle recruiting service to the organization which includes sourcing, screening, and scheduling qualified candidates. The Corporate Recruiter will also assist in the success of the Internal Recruiting department by providing superior candidate care, communicating with managers from all divisions, and assisting the Corporate Recruitment Partner with daily processing needs.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks through set processes while building relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Must have a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong computer skills- especially in Microsoft platforms
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Background check eligibility

  • Recruiting, management and/or sales experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Use ATS to process prospects and applicants
  • Conduct initial prescreen interviews with applicants
  • Administer pre-employment assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Source candidates via multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with candidates throughout the process via phone, email, text and face-to-face interaction
  • Attend community events to promote company recruiting efforts
  • Maintain and grow social audience
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies for internal roles
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in ATS
  • Serve as backup support for Corporate Recruitment Partners when unavailable
  • Additional administrative tasks
