About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to support a key client's business needs. The role involves understanding talent, helping others develop, and connecting their skills to meaningful work. The Recruiter will utilize strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a hybrid, W2 contract position requiring at least two days onsite in Chicago per week. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for corporate positions such as accounting, finance, sales, and generalist roles.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for corporate positions
Ability to have consultative conversations with hiring managers
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Drive all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client.
Execute full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients.
Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills, and knowledge to effectively market, screen, and present candidates for opportunities.
Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
Positioned as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing knowledge of in-demand skills and advising both candidates and clients through various platforms.
Understand and educate clients on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
