About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company specializing in remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring. With over 40 locations nationwide and 3,000+ employees, we are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support the growth of our corporate departments. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, phone screening candidates, and facilitating hiring decisions for various positions, including mid-level leadership roles.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Track record of success working in a KPI metric environment.
• Ability to communicate and present key data points to leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned corporate requisitions, specializing in 'General Corporate' roles.
• Develop recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions in stratums I, II, and III.
• Utilize job boards to engage with passive and active job seekers, send outreach messages, and source qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire candidate life cycle.
• Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) designated by leadership.
