About The Position

Russell Tobin, a privately-owned, Top 20 global staffing firm headquartered in New York, NY, is actively hiring a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to staff their growing internal talent acquisition team. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in New York City, NY, requiring 2-3 days on-site per week. The role offers a base salary of $85,000-$95,000 with unlimited commission potential, along with PTO and 401k Retirement Contribution. Requirements

Completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
4-5 years of recruiting experience with contract or direct-hire positions
Previous experience with JobDiva, Bullhorn, or other ATS system
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
Screen candidates by seeking to understand their backgrounds and abilities, matching them with open requisitions.
Document all necessary information in ATS, JobDiva.
Work closely with managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs.
