The Pond Guy is seeking a Corporate Recruiter who enjoys solving hiring challenges, building strong relationships, and helping leaders build high-performing teams across a growing business. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization’s 14 unique departments while partnering directly with hiring managers to strengthen talent decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness. You will work directly with department leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to define hiring strategies, evaluate candidates, and drive successful hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys proactive sourcing, and takes pride in building strong candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
