About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support the organization’s hiring needs across various departments. This role partners with hiring managers to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in high-volume recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Note: This is a fully on-site position (Monday–Friday) based in Melville, NY. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Long Island.

Requirements

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions
  • Support onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline activity
