The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support the organization’s hiring needs across various departments. This role partners with hiring managers to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in high-volume recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Note: This is a fully on-site position (Monday–Friday) based in Melville, NY. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Long Island.
