About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Key Player roles, including managers and administrative team members, across approximately 15 franchise locations in four states. This role ensures a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring process aligned with Home Instead’s values. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Corporate Recruiter works closely with Corporate Leadership and Franchise General Managers to support hiring needs for Key Players from job posting through offer stage and early onboarding. This role focuses on attracting, screening, and delivering qualified candidates while supporting recruiting processes, reporting, and hiring insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume hiring environments is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Sound judgment, professionalism
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), assessment platforms, and standard business software
  • Able to learn and navigate new systems efficiently

  • Basic knowledge of recruiting metrics and compensation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Key Player roles across multiple franchise locations
  • Post jobs, source candidates, and maintain strong applicant flow
  • Conduct candidate screenings and phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Administer Predictive Index assessments and support candidate evaluation
  • Present qualified candidates to General Managers for final hiring decisions
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Support offer letter preparation, including basic compensation research and internal alignment
  • Track and report on recruiting activity, including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with employment practices
  • Work effectively within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and external vendor platforms to manage candidates, job postings, and recruiting workflows
  • Provide early onboarding support and ensure smooth handoff to local teams
  • Assist in maintaining and updating job descriptions
  • Support recruiting process improvements and standardization across locations
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience and employer brand
  • Partner with the Human Resources Manager on recruiting needs and priorities
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
