Requirements
- A deep understanding of sales roles and what makes a top performer.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
- Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage with stellar sales candidates.
- Manage candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial screening to final offer.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to understand their needs and build a pipeline of top talent.
