Corporate Real Estate Facilities Manager
About The Position
At Regions, the Corporate Real Estate Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facilities management for an assigned footprint of the corporate real estate organization. The position works with minimal supervision to develop procedures and determine methods for achieving objectives. The role is full time and based at the Poplar Main location in Memphis, Tennessee. It is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. The position is not incentive eligible. It may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Three years of related experience.
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider.
