About The Position

The Arbor Day Foundation is seeking a Corporate Partnership Operations Coordinator to manage the operational and administrative aspects of corporate partnerships. This role involves handling invoicing, managing the Impact Dashboard (partner impact reporting and engagement platform), overseeing operations, setting up partners, and generating reports. The goal is to ensure accurate data flow, quality assurance, and timely delivery of partner commitments while supporting internal teams and maintaining service excellence.

Requirements

  • Passion for the Foundation’s mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or account management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate invoicing for all corporate partners, ensuring accuracy through data verification and timely corrections.
  • Set up and launch new partners in our systems, assign member numbers, request project codes, update partner information online, and launch them on the Impact Dashboard.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain updated partner lists.
  • Oversee Impact Dashboard operations by tracking all product participation flows, processing event copy requests, and resolving errors to ensure seamless partner experiences.
  • Generate reports and manage documentation for all corporate partners, build CRM dashboards, and provide data support for Corporate Partnership leaders.
  • Conduct quality assurance and resolve issues by checking for accuracy, troubleshooting errors, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Provide general team support and coordinate team events, meetings, and offsites alongside Corporate Partnerships leadership.
