About The Position

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking a corporate partnerships associate to assist in the engagement and maintenance of corporate partners. This position administers and coordinates advertising, exhibit, and corporate sponsorship programs that generate non-dues revenue for the organization. The role manages related contracts, tracks activity, maintains stakeholder relationships, and ensures fulfillment of all sponsorship obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Corporate relation principles and practices
• Advertising principles
• Strategic partnership management
• Negotiation and persuasion
• Sales prospecting
• Advanced organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Document preparation, storage and tracking

Responsibilities

• Support customized advertising packages, exhibits, conference sponsorships and corporate support opportunities.
• Oversee conference deliverables and ensure sponsors are recognized and commitments fulfilled on schedule.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, engagement activities and strategic communication.
• Build relationships with prospective corporate partners through networking, conference travel and ongoing communication to generate sales leads.
• Maintain Corporate Relations Department email accounts to ensure timely and professional responses and maintain accurate records.
