About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Litigation / Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys across both litigation and transactional matters. This role will assist with all phases of litigation while also supporting corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification preferred
6–7+ years of litigation and corporate paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Experience with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, DISCO)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from pre-filing through trial and post-trial
Draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
Coordinate discovery, including document review and eDiscovery platforms
Assist with depositions, trial preparation, and exhibit management
Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
Draft and file entity formation and governance documents
Support corporate transactions, including closings and due diligence
Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and compliance filings
Assist with drafting contracts and business documents
Manage case files, deadlines, and filings across jurisdictions
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
Utilize legal research and document management systems
Track billable time and support attorneys with administrative tasks
